Hello, I'm interested in moving my Earthbound save file from snes9x to the VC version on New 3ds. Any ideas?

Have you Googled around to see if anyone has done something similar in recent times..?

Do you have CFW installed? Are you using the official version of Earthbound from the eShop?

It should be completely trivial to use the standalone 3DS version of SNES9x and just overwrite the save data.

Affirmative answer for all of your questions. The closest thing i found that looked like a save converter was made on purpose for pokemon G/S/C.
I'm aware of the 3DS version of SNES9x; it was the one i was using before upgrading to the New3dsXL.
I'm curious if it's possible to use the VC title and somehow injecting my old save.

That does not really answer the question. :glare: Are you using the official version of Earthbound from the eShop? Or are you using something you made with NSUI to use another emulator?

If you are using the official version, then the best way to start would be to start a new game, dump the save data with Checkpoint, and see if there's something roughly the same size as the .SRM from SNES9x.

Yes, it's the official version, I thought i was clear enough. I'll try in a short time.

Just checked. The last file is the save from the emulator, the only one that comes close in size is the .ves file
