Gaming Transfer save data in another system

Ok the title is a little bit confusiong but i try to be short here. I have to transfer the data from 3DS and 3DSXL. The last time i use the program for transfer i lose all my save data fro the digital game. There is some way for transfer that? Take in mind i use two japanese system, so maybe i can overshadow the option for do this.

If you can install cias, use JK's save manager, as it's the most complete one (backup all files for each game you care about: main save, extdata, spotpass extdata - as some games put the main save on extdata).

If you can't, you could use extdata_tool + svdt, but the compatibility is inferior (notably, the new 9.6+ games aren't supported yet)

You will need to open the games at least once on the target console before you can use these tools to restore files!

I only have legal file download from the e-shop. My japanese system is on the current firware no homebrew and no cfw.

You need cubic ninja or Zelda OoT with modded save to enter hombrews launcher then you use save back apps.
