I would like to transfer saved data from my EMU side to my SYS side the safest way possible. I’m planning to buy the game so I can play it online, but I really don’t want to start the game all over. Any help?

I did it with Pokemon Let's Go with the savedata has played 5 days earlier 8 months ago and still playing online just fine. I've used HacDiskMount to copy encrypted savedata from /SYSTEM/save/ folder on Emunand (clone) to Sysnand with exactly the same user profile. Before doing that I've turned flight mode ON with a clean cartridge inserted and played for the first time to get the game saved.

Perfect! This is exactly what I was wondering. Now my only concern is, can I import saves from a different user profile to another?

Yes you can do that on Emunand with checkpoint to import savedata from other users to the clone user of your Sysnand.

FYI I did it with Zelda Link's Awakening as well, yea played earlier :P

Don't try to import savedata for games with online synchronization like Splatoon 2, you will be banned .
