Hardware Transfer save data between SD cards! :)

Hello guys
please asist me in this.
I have 2 sd cards (4g) on which i have different games, how can i merge them in to one on my Micro sd 8 giga card?

I'm talking about 2 sd cards that belongs to the same system.
merging won't do because there are folders and files with the same names on both sd cards stoarge, so some of the games are getting delleted or are not being shown on the 3ds upon connecting my 8g micro sd card.

What do you think about that?

if the sd cards belong to the same system, maybe don't merge the whole sd cards together, just pick and choose saves and copy them to a single card.
i recommend backing up the contents of both cards on your computer, so that you don't lose anything if you make a mistake
