Hacking Transfer data to another 3ds

I have a N3ds with arm9loaderhax.

I just got another N3ds and I want to transfer everything on the SD card.

What's the best solution?

Do a system transfer. If the target console is not hacked then you'll lose all non-bought stuff.

That's the problem. I have roughly 50GB of downloaded games (from the FreeShop) and I don't want to download them again. (Plus the save games) I can't do a system transfer because I would need to update both 3ds.

If you have a9lh and the latest Luma you can update. If you want the games on the other 3DS you will need to install a9lh. Then you can backup the tickets on the source console, do the transfer, then reinstall the tickets. Then all the games will show up.
