Gaming Touch Mechanic need help

I'm at episode 17 Classical Bodyworks, I'm supposed to paint the pattern at the side of the body. There're 2 colors option : orange and yellow, I paint the pattern with yellow, after that what am I suppose to do? The screen doesn't change to the next area which need to be painted. Did I do something wrong?

I paint all white pattern with yellow, then there're some red dots appear. I thought I miss some spots too, I keep spraying but the red dots won't go away. So I spray with orange instead, and the red dots disappear, but the screen still doesn't change to the next area. Do you think I still miss some spots?

Bel-garion, you don't need money cheat code for his game. Just repeat 2-3 episodes and you have enough money. For cheat codes go to Sticky: The NEW massive CHEAT compilation thread 1st post, download the database type according to your card.
