Hardware totally different Switch dock revisions?

Hi,

I bought 2 non working switch docks and apon closer inspection they differ a lot. One is missing a lot of components the other one has and has components in places the other doesnt. Are there different versions of the dock?

One is labeled CDH-MAIN-01 and the other CDH-MAIN-10,
