Hardware Torrent Sites for 3DS?!

Guys, i was wondering if there was a homebrew app for 3DS that would allow to download some torrents just like movies, games, classic cartoons, music and more using compatible torrent sites or apps.

Disregarding the piracy aspect: The 3DS hardware wouldn't make for a good torrent client. Slow Wi-Fi (around 2 MB/s max in my experience), slow SD access, and low amount of RAM available. You'd be better off running a torrent client on a PC and transferring files directly to the SD card.
