Hacking tool to dump VC games?

hi, i remember a tool that would read a nand dump and automaticaly create the wad what was its name? or if no one remembers whats the easiest way to go about it. im working on getting games that i brought but i over written(stupid me) with the same wad but a downloaded one and now it wont download from the shop. so i need to do some testing and need to dump my VC games and pack them easy.

hmm i seem to get an error with that(was addressed in the thread about system error) i tried fixes but its still not working any other ideas?
