I see this tool on maxconsole, but not here on GBAtemp.

So it's a tool who can convert AR offset to GW offset.

there is no way to convert, it's only using ards and gw known codes

What the difference between AR and GS codes?

AR codes uses physical address when gateshark / ntr uses virtual address.
The conversion can only be guessed but there's no 100% method to convert a physical address to a virtual address.

We can but it will not work for everygame.
Just look the difference between physical and virtual adress, and add the game in the .txt file.
