ToeJam & Earl vs Sonic

As some of you may, or may not know, ToeJam & Earl were going to be Sega's mascots until Sonic showed up.

In my opinion, these two guys would've been better mascots than Sonic... I mean, just look at them. Classic.

They're cool and all, but one mascot is better than two, it's easier to remember.

Toe Jam & Earl was one of my favorite sega games. The sequel however sucked. Sonic had much more staying power, with several good sequels. It could really go either way depending on how you look at it. I just wish i spent the time to beat toe jam & earl on the genesis instead of doing it on my xbox.

Sonic really is the best mascot there is, I mean looking at Sonic just scream "Attitude" Other Such as Mario, and Master Chief (Who isn't even a Mascot) don't, Sony never cared for one which I sure wouldn't compare.

I think it's obvious where I stand on this matter.

Toe Jam & Earl are nice. but sonic is the better choice by a long shot IMO (and yes, i've played toe jam & Earl)

and besides, Sonic fits in perfectly for sega (blue, and the name) anyways. toe jam & Earl .... reminds me of Ozzy & Drix for some reason (dont ask)
