I think it's okay. If RPG is what you seek, also take a look at Tales of the Abyss and Code of Princess.
I know those two aren't the only RPGs for the handheld, but I'm sure they're among the top 10.

I don't like Download games, the only reason why i buy CS is cause its download only and cause its cheap atm(5 Euro)
I have a PS2 so i can play TOA on it.

I said that i hate to buy from eShop cause there's no way to sell it later.

I didn't get it right, my bad. You've said "I don't like Download games" and then "the only reason why i buy CS is cause its download only".
Well, about Crimson Shroud, I can't tell you more than to look for reviews and actual gameplays.
