I was under the impression that title.txt was to properly name ISOs on your USB/SD without using a WBFS Manager

I placed title.txt in F:/apps/usbloader/ and nadda...
example of inside title.txt

RJ2P = 007: Quantum Of Solace
RZ9E = 30 Great Games
RCXP = All Star Cheer Leader

Shouldnt my USB Loader have the names 007: Quantum Of Solace and not sum wacked up 1? What is title.txt for? loll!

Which loader are you using? there are several loaders with this feature, you can try using "Configurable USB Loader" or "Ultimate Loader".
Make sure the game ID is the same in titles.txt, it may be that this particular ID is missing from the file.
The latest version is here http://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/index.php/USB_Loader_titles.txt
If it is missing you can add it.
Some users have reported they couldn't get it to work on the "Ultimate Loader" thread, but I don't know if it has been confirmed to be a problem, or just missing games from the list.

the game IDs of my ISOs are 6 characters the 1s in the link u sent are only 4 ...

and i can be sure that the 1s in my list are on my hdd becasue i included all possiblities including NTSC, PAL, and NTSC-J just in case!

and i am using the Ultimate USB Loader
