Hi there, I have the latest tinfoil and also using atmos/kosmos with the sigpatches modified with tinfoil (As available from the known link). I am running two SD cards.

In the past tinfoil used to be a simple nro file (not an installer but an actual executable) that worked just fine with two cards. I just had the relevant folder on each card and that was it. However, ever since updating to the latest one which comes as standard with an installer that actually installs a ticket/game things have not gone smoothly.

When I switch to the next card, I get errors and have to 'remove' the tinfoil title and re-install. Sometimes it will work. Sometimes the errors will become permanent and I have to physically delete the entire tinfoil folder from the SD and reinstall from scratch.

Is there a known solution to this problem, other than having to stick with one SD card? For example a way to run the latest version directly from homebrew launcher, without having to 'install' it using the installer?

Would that be advisable? To minimize risks I have never installed anything on SYSNAND.

Also, previously two SDs were absolutely fine. It's only with the recent update that things went awry.

You can download the latest NSP from tinfoil.io and install to sysnand. I will see if I can come up with a better solution.

Even though this is not a solution I do recommend sticking to one card unless you want to kill that SD card slot, you should read up on people breaking their sd card reader, and no longer reading the SD Card.
