Homebrew Question Tinfoil and USB Install NSP

I'm fine with the instructions up until this point:

# 5. Plug in your Switch and go to Tinfoil > Title Management > USB Install NSP

My tinfoil does not have a Title Management segment:

Should I try the file explorer? I've noticed these final steps aren't all that clear, could somebody please advise what to do I am using OS X.
