Hi everyone.
I hope you can help me with this since i am a bit confused about this.
When i got the hardware i got 2 extra pieces and the cables were already neatly insert to be slotted in the extra piece. Neither is there any talk about it in the tutorial nor does it has the right order. Should i just ignore the things and build 1to1 off the tutorial or is this something nice that person already did for me and i just don't understand it.

First time hardware modding.

Think it's just to make it easy to remove if you want later like solder the connectors and you can unplug it. but I don't really see the need to do that. Mine never came with any of that, I just hard wired mine in on both sides as per the tutorials.

Ahh okay that's what they are for. I haven't seen these things in any video or tutorial that why i was wondering. Probably gonna rip/cut them off and do it directly. Since the colours are different from the tutorial.

Ok didn't work out. I probably melted something inside the video chip is my guess. Also this is such a finnicky thing i'm amazed of the people getting this working.
