ROM Hack Three isle path in pkmn fire red

I'm starting rom hacking, so i decided to play about with fire red. While using advance map, i found a sprite on the top of a rock ledge, where you want get to him. Just wondering if anyone else has this, or if it a weirdness in my copy.
