There was a time when every couple of weeks there was a trowed away CRT TV or monitor on the streets. Some working, some defect.

Nowadays I don't see them on the streets anymore, however on online markets for second hand goods it's still possible to find CRT TV's for a low price or for free (except the premium brands like Sony, B&O). But the heavy weight/size... I think that a lot of those units which nobody takes will end up being scrapped in the end. And over a couple of years they will be rare even on online places.

Believe this ol' man. I know about how heavy the ol' CRT's can be.

GF gave me a Blood of Saiyans SSJ3 Gotenks figure. I think this is my 4th figure I currently have. I have 2 Chainsaw man, 1 Zoro( from One Piece) and now this Gotenks.

I have another 3 that I pre-ordered a while back, Isaac Clarke, another Chainsaw man and Tsuna from Hitman Reborn.

We are probably going to the Fan Expo this year( it will be the 1st time for both of us), mostly for just buying stuff.

Very satisfied with this Android TV box (4GB RAM / 32GB Storage) and already removed the bloatware with the ADB AppControl program. I'll just have to install the APKs and then I'll use it for gaming as well with my Switch Pro Controller.

I had thought that blue logo thing was a sticker, but it's part of the box so oh well it'll just stay, no big deal.

Curious if it runs Dreamcast games well, maybe, maybe not. I'll see.

Realised I had all but one of the Atelier games on the Switch physically, so decided to grab Nelke pre-owned. I have it digitally from reviewing it when it came out, but when you're already this deep you may as well go for the full set lol

Worth mentioning there technically are three more (the Arland games) but they're JP language only, so didn't think they'd be worthwhile. All of these are English language (mostly Asia releases!).

Although on some level I kind of want to get a modded Switch lite just because I have spare hall sticks. Too bad there's no homebrew that allows the switch lite to be used as a controller without jumping hoops. Don't want to get another joycon since I have like 4 pairs already.

Oh I guess I'll try that on my V1 to see if it's useful. I'd probably get it in a heartbeat if the switch didn't struggle using sysdvr at 60fps even on max overclock.

I know I'll have a minor issue booting up Mirror's Edge because that's an EA game and it'll ask me to log in to my EA account, except it doesn't allow because "An EA Account can only be linked to one PSN account in its lifetime." fucking stupid. Same happens with Burnout Paradise and I just hit the circle button (back) to exit from that page.

At least they should allow 2 times or even 3 max since 1 is just too restrictive.

Oh I don't watch Live TV / IPTV. I prefer to download shows and movies to the USB.

I find that even with 10,000 channels I'd still have a hard time finding anything interesting to watch.

I bought a new soldering iron, have had the green 982 c210 iron for a while and have upgraded to the more powerful version that will also handle c245 tips. undecided if i keep both or deal with changing the handle for different tip types. Also some shiny new tweezers

I have finally obtained this little thing to patch up the hole in my GameCube.
