Homebrew Theme reset after Hard Reboot

Hi, I am new at Nintendo 3ds Hacking/Homebrew etc. I am on Luma CFW @ 11.0.0.33E

When I apply a new Theme, everytime i Reboot (cold boot) it resets itself to standard theme.

I tried with CHMM2 and tried to pack the Themes to a CIA file and installed it and applied in the nintendo home settings. I can apply Themes thats no point but they don't keep after Reboot. Any solution? Thanks in advance.

I know its stupid to ask but,
are you on the latest version of CHMM2? Also if you reboot with one of the regular themes (like a red theme for 3ds.) Does it still change the theme you use to "No Theme" (the white default theme for 3ds.) When you reboot the console?

Yes it is the last Version. Yes also the Original Themes reset to no theme after Reboot. The Strange thing is when I press the Power button then in the warning splash screen the Home button the Theme gets automaticly activated. Until the next reboot.

It may be a hardware issue most likely.

Likey its your 3DS or SD Card, if you could try another one that might fix the problem.

If it still doesn't it may be an issue with the 3DS its self.
