Homebrew Theme creator?

Are there any programs I can use to create themes for Wood R4? I have found out about themes and the website I have found to host themes does not have any themes I like. (Woah, that was one large mouthful!)

They are just normal Acekard themes...So you can use the acekard theme editors like AKEdit for making WoodR4 themes. You could also try using DS Skin Maker from Stormwave which also has previews for other types of flashcart GUIs as well (so it's kind of multipurpose as opposed to specific to just one flashcart, but meh it doesn't really matter if you only have one flashcart you theme anyways).

Edit) AK Edit continues to ask me for picture files that did not come with the program. Where do I get these files?

I just make them myself. Heck, I'm in the process of making a few new ones too.
