I do not like minecraft, it is blocky and disrupting to my aesthetic consciousness. I do not like having to constantly jump every two seconds, I prefer smooth or polygon terrain, and curved aesthetics. I appreciate the beauty of muscles, as well as curves on a woman. Even lego is much more appealing to me, because it is not so repetitive to my eyes.

Don't know what you mean.

If you enjoyed the megalomania aspect of katamari damacy, then I suggest you try the game black and white, where you actually play as god

Youll have to be more specific. Because I enjoy some 3D platforms and racing games too.
Wasn't a fan of the original Final Fantasy because it had the same problem of Mario Fortune Street: Too much scrolling through text and menus and not enough action.
I still haven´t come across a 3D platformer that I don´t like so...

RPGs and JRPGs usually have LOTS of text so I don´t see what is the problem with FF having lots of text...

My favorite Wii U game: Xenoblade X
Favorite DS game: unsure, maybe Solatorobo Red The Hunter or Radiant Historia
Favorite 3DS game: Unsure, has a lot of awesome games (maybe kid icarus?)
Favorite GBA game: Yoshi´s island, or maybe Tales of Phantasia
Favorite N64 game: Unsure, maybe Banjo Kazooie
Favorite NGC game: Unsure, maybe Twilight Princess
Favorite Wii game: unsure, maybe Okami or the metroid games or... maybe I should check my HDD...
Favorite PS4 game (I don´t own a PS4): Nier automata (... what? even if I don´t own a PS4 I wished I could play this game)
Favorite PC game: unsure, maybe ummm... nope, unsure
Favorite PS2 GAMES: Fatal Frame series... (What? I´m weird)
SNES: Donkey Kong because... it´s cool

Oh, so you're actually responding. I respectfully disagree with you. I've enjoyed Wii releases as much as I have every other Nintendo console. Yes, there was some trash, but there always is. I thought all their core releases were solid and entertaining and there were quite a few great third-party releases that were great, too.

IMO this thread is still worthless pseudo-psychobabble spam, though. It says absolutely nothing in a great deal of words.

I have been going through a long line of wii games and they leave me feeling with suicidal thoughts and ideations
If the Nintendo Wii makes you feel this way, maybe you aren't it's audience. Hell, if any game console makes you feel suicidal, you should probably never touch them again.
Also what the fuck is an ideation?

Thing is, I'm a fast reader and I hate when they make the text drag on like a military operation.
Make the text appear instantly!

Crappy relationships make me suicidal, but that doesn't mean I want to be a monk or a nun.

Bad analogy.
You were told "if you don't like the Wii console, don't use the Wii console".
You were not told "if you don't like the Wii, don't use any video game console".
So applied to crappy relationships, you were told "if you don't like crappy relationships, don't get into crappy relationships".
You were not told "if you don't like crappy relationships don't get into any relationship".

Incorrect.
The statement was "if any game console makes you feel suicidal, you should never touch them again."
This implies all consoles.
The correct statement to imply the wii only, would be "if the console makes you feel suicidal, you should never touch it again."
Very poor choice of words.

Incorrect. The statement was absolutely fine. It's just another way of saying: "If any game console makes you feel suicidal, you should never touch said console again".

But enough about semantics, what's the point of this thread? Give me one reason not to lock it up.

Just lock it up and swallow the key. All this thread has become is a major shitposting central hub

TLoZ Skyward Sword if you can get over the Wii motion plus controls

Anyone that can't has a major malfunction. Not in the wii, in the brain. That game was pretty much the best controlling game that used motion controls for real (as opposed to stuff like TP were waggling just acts as if you'd pushed a button.) Only thing I can think of that even comes close in motion controls would be Metroid Prime Trilogy.

I feel bad for what this thread has become.

This is just my personal opinion, to say I really did enjoy the Wii and a lot of the games made for it. I know about how many, many gamea are terrible too. The console sold so well that companies made shovelwares, aka terribles games parents buy for their kids. You know the best of it? Thag worked incredibly well because the kids were most of the times very young, and what we defined as terrible was appealing for them. But anyway that's not what I meant to post.

What I wanted to say is that, the Wii had handfull of very nice games, and so did any other consoles. If there are games you don't like, that doesn't mean the whole platform was bad, it simply means that these aren't for you. At this point, just ignore the games you don't like and enjoy what you like. It couldn't be any more simple.

I agree with your entire post. If you're looking for a GREAT example of the shovelware @VinsCool mentioned, you can find it at this Wikipedia page.

The general response to the game said the following:
Wikipedia said:
The game has faced generally negative reviews. In its review by IGN it was rated 1.5/10, and was criticized for its lack of gameplay and its grainy visual effects. IGN summed up their review by stating, "We love these classic claymation movies, so it’s really sad to see such a blatant cash-in on the Rudolph name. Do yourself a favor and purchase something else for the family to enjoy over the holidays, because these reindeer games are a disaster."

While the Wii did have a lot of very good titles, there was also quite a bit of garbage. Same thing goes for the PS2, when you think about it, except that the PS2 had more 'good' titles from third-party developers. ^^'
