thanks mbruno and elixir for the heads up, ya, i just noticed that as well, anyway curley, i added that to the to do list so u can have a look and mind telling us what code is missing for the pokemon plat (J) version?

It's not just certain code that are missing for Pokemon Plat (J) version, the game itself is missing, the entry for the translated Japanese version is there, but not the regular Japanese version.

Hello all.

I cant seem to get the newest Cheat updates to show up on my Action replay code manager, the actual software.

I typed in the url that curley has in the first post, but it hasnt been updated in a month.

is there a way to link to a newer cheat database, or is there a way to make the action replay software read the XML file that is included with the cheat package?

any help is greatly appreciated.

as always, thanks to everyone involved in the cheat scene, you make my life easier one code at a time.

Hmm... I think I see your problem so follow these instructions carefully.

!. Download and extract the cheats.xml file in the first post.

2. Navigate your way to where the AR code manager is stored on your computer. Most likely it's here: C:\Program Files\Datel\Action Replay Code Manager.

3 Start by going to the local_codelists folder. Drop your copy of the cheat.xml file in here. Once you do that press the back button.

4. Open up the local_codelists.xml file with notepad. Once inside you chould see an address that looks like this:

C:\Program Files\Datel\Action Replay Code Manager\local_codelists\default_codelist.xml

5. Highlight it and paste this over it:

C:\Program Files\Datel\Action Replay Code Manager\local_codelists\cheats.xml

6. Click SAVE, people tend to mess up if they press save as. Exit. And then start up your code manager again.

I hope this helps you. But let me know if there's a problem here, I haven't used my Code Manager for a while.

EDIT: If you use this method, each time there is a database update you'll have to re-download the cheats.xml and place it in the local_codelists folder.

EDIT 2: On a side note I can't remember the last time the AR code manager actually succeeded in adding a subscription.
