The Ultimate Aroma Splash Thread

Hey ho guys. Well with the latest update for Aroma, I thought it might be time to make a post to post our favorite splash screens. For those who don't know, Aroma Beta-22 just came out a few days ago. It updated the splash screen loader to where you can load multiple ones at random. You can read more about it here. And with that, I thought we could make one place where we could find them all. There are some that can be found on this thread page here, and I have posted some that I've found in the Aroma discord. Does anyone have one that they'd like to share?

I tried following the instructions on the Wii U Splash Discord with Aroma, but it's still just loading the one splash.png file and nothing else.

I am terrible at any kind of image editing but i hacked this together using some various elements online. I use it on my 2 wiius. all the best!

Sorry I'm only coming back to this now. These are the steps I took.

• I went to my SDcard, at WiiU/environments/aroma and created a folder called "splashes".
• Then in that folder, I started naming my images "splash1", 2, 3, and so on

After that, it started loading them randomly on boot. So give that a try.

And thanks for throwing one in @denyaxxess1983. Hopefully others will start throwing in their own. Here is another that I found laying around.

I just did this one while I was bored heh. I just edited the ''Kingdom Café'' picture and added the Aroma and Wii U logos.

I did this one a few days after the feature released back in July 2024, insipired by Wii U's own loading screen. It has a few flaws, but I think it ended up looking pretty good.

I found out this can be done today and made this in a matter of minutes to make my Wii u offensive. I can put more together if y'all want

Also would love if these could be .gif and/or .mp4 files, I opened an issue on the github repo of the SplashScreenModule plugin but got no attention. Could someone look into it? I would do it myself but I got no skill for programming
