It means you have to wait 7 in day games...as for that you can creat a new folder in content0 with another name for the mode to work...

are you saying that i can create my own custom named folder inside content0 folder and a mod will work? so i can create a folder named "xxxx" put the converted xml files inside and the game will load those mods?

The reason I asked is because looking at the structure of the converted mods i want to use, they filenames are the same: "effects.xml" and they are both inside "abilities_plus" folder which in turn is inside "gameplay" folder which i suppose will have to go inside content0 folder. see example below.

i was thinking that both mods should be contained in one xml file, but the way i understood your reply is that i just need to create a different folder for one or rename the folder "gameplay" of the other to whatever name i want?

Im starting this so we can compile mods that are working on this post.
I see a lot of people confused on how to install them on switch so maybe we can compile a lot in here.i will update this post as mods come to the switch.
I will post it ready to use,updated with the more recent ones...

i put in folder titles/01003D100E9C6000/ . but nothing happened

Put it inside your <titleid>/romfs/content/content0/gameplay/ then abilities <for new game> and abilities_plus <for new game plus>

Your folder structure is wrong, you shouldn't put your dlc forder inside romfs. All mod-content-folder must be placed inside /content/content0/ even those dlc.

Content0 folder apply the mod to every save file?

Yes i understand. thos screenshots are not final folder structures. what i am driving at basically is this:

1. there are two mods, and these mods have exactly thesame filename "effects.xml"
2. these two mods have exactly the same folder structures and are both inside gameplay-->abilities_plus folders
3. if merged, the effects.xml files will overwrite each other

How do i use these two mods now without overwriting?

Then those mods are not compatible unless you combine them. Look inside that 'effects.xml' for different strings and edit it yourself.

Thank you. This is the answer i was waiting for.

So this means that compiled mods as posted here in this thread and other threads have either combined xml settings or no duplicate named xmls?
