already banned so it's not a concern. the violet xci? as in like it just doesn't work with a mig?
You need to download games dumped specifically for the mig

There is a 3.7tb torrent you’re looking for

Some sites have them uploaded individually as well.

From my testing of dumping games, the XCI and Card ID Set are identical for the same versions of a game. It's the Certificate and UUID are unique to each individual cart. Also the Card ID set can be identical to other games as part of the data has to do with the ROM chip used in the game cart.

I have more than one copy of some games as I have a copy and my sister has her own. Also I borrowed games I already have from my local library for more comparisons. The XCI and Card ID Set were always identical if dumped using the same dump method. The only differences I ever found were with XCIs that still had the game cert embedded inside the file. Clearing that made the XCI identical. I don't know if newer batches of a game include game updates released before that. That would make the XCI different that a previous batch. Other than that possibility I don't see how downloading a proper XCI and using matching support files you dumped would ban you on the Switch 1.

it matters to me cause some of the switch 2 enhanced updates are pretty big
A few are:
Zelda Botw/tears of the kingdom (ns2 update)
Pikmin 1+2
DKC Returns
Animal Crossing New Leaf
Paper Mario TTYD
Pikmin 3
MK 8 Deluxe

Some games prompted updates, some games I installed dlc for. Everything worked exactly as expected and no ban yet

Has anyone been banned from playing the same dump online at the same time from a private dump, not the leaked ones? Like say I dump my game and share it with a friend. Can we play online at the same time with each other? Now that you can't play online together with family sharing, i'm trying to find out what the next cheapest option is

Two people playing a dump from the same specific cart at the same time (ESPECIALLY Online) can get you banned as there is no possible way that that would ever happen using legit carts as no two carts are EVER 100% identical.

yes you will if the same IDs are being used dunno if it's immediate now switch 1 was in waves (you got flagged for a ban then the next wave you were banned (usually every 2-3 months was a ban wave this could've changed with switch 2 though) my chipped V2 switch just recen;ly got banned good thing i have a spare lite

No one has ever confirmed or reported (that I am aware of) that they got banned using only legit carts and no hard/soft mods where they bought games used that they didn't know were previously dumped. If it's not a internet shared dump, Nintendo would have to have other flags as it wouldn't be fair for someone to get their console banned for buying used games that they have no way of knowing were dumped as they are following Nintendo's ridiculously consumer unfriendly ToS to the letter.

Aren't you contradicting your previous comment here? If someone were to dump, then sell a cartridge, the situation that multiple people may be playing online at the same time with the same cart data is entirely possible, and unless they can differentiate between real carts and flash carts, they can't make a decision about who to ban.

Regardless, I've decided to test this hypothesis independently (minus the reselling part): I bought Splatoon 3, dumped it, shared the dump with a friend and we both got online on it and played in the same lobby (worked fine), both of us playing the dump through the Mig on Switch 1's (mine being on clean sysnand). I'll report back if my cert gets banned. I've kept the real cartridge and will continue to play it on my Switch 2, so on the off chance that Mig detection is somehow added via software, the results could reflect this.
