Alright I've seen many complaints about the DeSmuME not running so well, and its lagging. Well I had that problem before, and I solved it.
The few reason are:
1.That version of the emulator is not exactly compatible with your computer.
2. Your computer has too much junk on it, so the game won't have enough ram space to run fully.
or
3. Your running to many programs at the same time to where it will lag. (Example: Your using FireFox, DeSmuMe, and Windows Messenger at the same time.))
Please leave your comments below on what Computer you have, what version of it, and if its a 32bit or 64bit.
Example: I run a Windows 7 32bit.
The reason I need to know that is so I know what version of the emulator you need.
I will continue editing this with links to different version of the emulator.
Also I will not be responsible if it still doesn't work on your computer. That just proves that you have too much stuff on your computer, and you need to clean it up.
Here is the solution to saving the game if your having troubles:
Go up to the top and click File ---> Save State As. Then name the save state what ever you like and find a nice spot to save it.
To load the save state then:
File ----> Load State from. Then search for your save state and load it.
Also be sure your running your rom while saving and loading your save state.
You can also overwrite the previous save state many times.
