ROM Hack Question The save transfer function in system 8.0 on nintendo switch

If you have a hacked, and banned nintendo switch, and you want to transfer save files to your unbanned switch, can you do it back and forth using the function in the menu, without getting your unbanned switch ban?

Looking for the same answer... or in my case... I want to hack my Switch and buy a new one, then transfer save files to modify'em and return them to the unhacked Switch once it is modified for Online (Pokémon Let's Go and SH once released)
