Edit: What firmware does a new PSP 3000 come with?

I edited the first post because I found an answer for my 1st question.

Usually new PSP-3000's on the retail stores probably have 5.50, 6.00, but rarely any 5.03 under.

That sucks. Oh well. I'll get a used 3000. I can always replace the screen and shell.
