true, it runs off of IOS30

U can change this to IOS35 (or w/e) using customize mii, which is an IOS that hasn't been stubbed (like IOS30) so it will work on all wii's (unless some1 made some seriously weird changes)

I've already done this, and I would upload it... except I don't know how I feel about contributing to this HBC replacement/forwarder movement ATM

edit: btw, all this really is, is the HAXX to JODI forwarder with a new title ID, banner, icon and sound... so the dol has been around for a LOOOOONG time. I'm not sure if this uses the exact same dol as what is in the HAXX to JODI forwarder (if anything, i would think the dol in the HAXX to JODI forwarder is more reliable, but if both work, then w/e)

I'm fairly sure its not released. But it's not hard to replicate. Just dump a WAD of HBC, extract the banner, use CustomizeMii to put said banner in a WAD and replace whatever images you want (or sounds too I guess) and add this DOL, that will load the title ID JODI: http://www.mediafire.com/?mrnmnzaioyo (You'll still need to have HBC installed with title ID JODI for this to work, but so does the guy in the video, he just doesn't show it)

Have you checked if the DOL works? Because according to OP it doesn't.

I haven't yet. Ive been busy sorting issues with my PSP GBA cheats(cracker helped). I guess I'll do that now...

EDIT: Oh! I see he's uploaded the pirate channel. I had to change the the startup ios to 35 in order to get it to load...it works...good, now let me see if I can loop the sound.

I'm not sure of the policy on directly linking to a WAD of the channel, so I'll just tell you how to go about doing it yourself.
First, find the Pirate Channel WAD (hint: YouTube)
Now just use a program like CustomizeMii to replace the dol with this one:
