Would it be possible to make an app that rapidly takes screenshots in order to record a "video" of the screen? Since hax 2.5 has the screenshot capability, I thought this might be possible. In this way, the game will lag incredibly, but it won't matter because the app can take screenshots at whatever pace it can.

IIRC, this is the way that Roller coaster Tycoon 3 took videos in a way that circumvented the system specs (in a similar way, there's no way the 3ds can take full speed video of itself, but I thought this method may be feasible).

It wouldn't be useful for real time gameplay, but it would be for Pokémon battle videos/Smashr replays.

Is it possible to access the Homebrew Launcher from emuNand? I know it can not be accomplished with the Cubic Ninja exploit because I've tried. BrowserHax is out too if emuNand is updated to the most recent (which mine is!). I want to be able to use Save Manager on my emuNand installed software not to mention eShop and Hans. Also I'm curious to know if menuHax/ThemeHax can be installed in emuNand so that as soon as the emuNand is booted by whatever method (RX, Cakes etc) it goes to the Homebrew Launcher first. This would be unnecessary if there was a way to install Homebrew Launcher as a CIA or a CIA that works as a forwarder much like the way WAD forwarders worked on the Wii.
