Fun fact: if any one of us stepped back in time to hundreds of years ago, most would have died. People have a habit of developing resistance to diseases over time. Techncially many of European heritage have ancestors that survived the black plague, that's why diseases are lethal to uncontacted tribes.Ok, what should I do?
But as for us, there is something to be said of reslience. Do some research on why many in some cultures tell their kids to play in the dirt; there's a reason they are highly resistant even to deadly diseases.
My sibling got a disease that nearly killed him as a newborn, and nowadays he almost never misses work; even Covid only made him miss one day and he rapidly recovered.
My family is bedridden from infections that made me slightly tired due to how many diseases my immune system got experience against in schools. The more pathogens a body is exposed to, the more resistance it tends to have vs even new diseases.
It's kind of like martial arts: If I defeated twenty pro boxers, mma fighters, and grapplers, then if a new combat sport came out, my ability to win is much higher than if I avoided sparring at all. The immune system is similar; if it is not pushed over the edge, it gets stronger, akin to weightlifting. No need to worry.

That wasn't meant as serious, it's probably lost in text, even with emojis.
