The Conduit 2 supports Wii Motion Plus

We've been holding onto the knowledge for weeks now, but SEGA has finally, officially, revealed that the High Voltage Software-developed Conduit 2 will feature support for Wii MotionPlus.

The sequel to last year's Wii-exclusive first-person shooter will work without the controller attachment, but owners/users of the Wii MotionPlus peripheral will gain enhanced control effects including more responsive movement and direction tracking for when the pointer leaves the screen.

We've had an early look at the game more than a month ago, but it will be playable at this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo in SEGA's booth next week.

If anyone played Zangeki no Reginleiv you'll know that the WM+ can be used for more than 1:1 tracking. I'm really psyched to see how it works. And as you may notice, it's not required.

It's a shame I don't have Wii motion plus, this might make me buy it. But then again there's no point in getting an accessory for one game. This is good for the people who have WM though.

I just hope the actual gameplay is more fun than the first one. It was hyped to death, yet turned out completely disapointing

It's a shame I don't have Wii motion plus, this might make me buy it. But then again there's no point in getting an accessory for one game. This is good for the people who have WM though.

Then get it for 22 games. Though, I must admit some of the games there just plain suck.

I think something like WM+ does only enhance the experience when used with Melee-Weapons, since the IR-Pointer is IMO absolutely sufficient for aiming.

Now we´ll need to wait and see, if they take the time to seriously incorporated WM+ or whether they`ll just force it, as an optional add-on, into the game, just to have it in the game. As far as I know they wanted to have Sword or other kind of Melee-Weapons in the Grinder so maybe they`ve taken the experience from the development-time of the Grinder and incorporate it into the Conduit 2...

IMO if they want a benchmark of amazing combat enhanced by WM+ they should seriously take a look at RedSteel2, even though I am aware, that RS2 had sword-combat as its main focus and TC2 doesn`t...

There is a grand total of 3 games on that list I want. One of them isnt even out yet. Come on Nintendo, show us the true power of the m+ instead of releasing more casual games.
