My 3DS game list is:
Donkey Kong Country Returns(better than the Wii version. With the balancing fixed, it plays more like the old school DKC games. A few levels ARE complete bullshit however...)
Animal Crossing: New Leaf(once you deal with the bullshit of Isabelle, it's good. The 100% part is easy. Just talk to all of the citizens, water the flowers a few times and run a few errands. You make a TON of money on the island)
Project X Zone(Get the limited edition if you can. Only $5 more and you get so much cool stuff)
Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon(better than the original by FAR)
Theatrhythm Final Fantasy(Hard to find, but worth it! I hate rhythm games, but LOVE this)
New Super Mario Bros 2
Super Mario 3D Land
Paper Mario: Sticker Star(the sticker attack system can get tedious, but once you figure out how to use multiple attacks in a turn, you earn so many coins, it's tolerable)
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D(I heard it was out of print, so snatch it up while you can!)
Mario Kart 7
Mario Tennis Open
Resident Evil Revelations(Do NOT play the demo. They fixed up so much that was wrong with it afterwards)
Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance
Steel Diver(ONLY if you can get it for $10 or under; actually a lot of fun, but wears quickly)

Pilotwings Resort(FLYING THROUGH RINGS....GETTING.....SUPERMAN.....64......FLASHBACKS......)
Epic Mickey: The Power of Illusion(They tried to make an old school Mickey game, but loaded what could've been a good game with gimmicks and DS graphics. Would've been better as a STRAIGHT PLATFORMER)
Castlevania Lords of Shadow: Mirror of Fate(So many things wrong with this. But I'll leave it at three: an energy bar that drains like mad, a whip that causes hardly any damage, and crappy controls)
Cooking Mama 4: Kitchen Magic(Too many gimmicks to make this game right. Uses the movement of the 3DS waaaayyyy too much. Hurts your eyes trying to consistently re-adjust to the screen)
Bust-a-Move Universe(3D is GREAT, but not addictive enough to keep playing)
Madden NFL Football(No online game play and very shitty season mode)
Pokemon Rumble Blast(it's fun as hell, until you get to the last world and the game's unbalanced nature REALLY shines. It goes from normal to ultra hard with no progression at all)
