Gaming The apple wheel

Right, so I just watched a video of it in action... and this could be me, but what the h*ll are they thinking over at apple? I mean a giant iPod like wheel controlling an onscreen keyboard? Look the spinning apploader thing I can get (why not add a circular touchpad, like the one in packardbell laptops I think, and be done with it) but the keyboard is just annoying.

Yes but where would the fun be in that

. I'm thinking if this would be real, the apploader for instance would honestly be a nice idea (quite a lot nicer then using a regular touchpad to get to the quick-launch icons). In all fairness I can honestly see apple coming with something like this. Aside from the crappynes of not having a keyboard, could this be a good idea?
