Now who would have ever thought pop-up blockers would stop you from seeing stuff you WANT??

Ordinarily, when a pop-up is blocked, I get an option to open it or not...that does not happen here.

Pop-up blocker may not be the problem, because no option, no notice a pop-up being blocked, no nothing, the link simply does not click.
