Gaming TGA files

i know over the past week i have been asking alot of quesitons and that is because i am stupid (hacking and computer wise) but very interested...
Thia time i have a question...again.....How can i open a TGA file?

For some reason i cant see TGA files and i just wanted to know a good software to look at these images.

Are you asking why? the reason why is because i wanted to make my own wii bakground or whatever its called and i need exact dimensions etc but i cant seee images for dimensions. So any programs
