Would it be possible to apply texture filters in PCSX2 in Retroarch?

What do you mean "texture filters"? here are only texture packs, the fliters are inside the emulator on graphics options in the old interface is in graphics/shader tab, Graphics/on-screen display in new Qt version but the shader loading is absent, i no idea in retroarch, but i can recall that PCSX2 its not officially supported by retroarch. if you looking for texture loading it must be some option in advanced settings
