Hacking Text Editing & CTGP

I might be in the wrong forum, so please bear with me...

I was watching this video regarding on how to text edit in Mario Kart Wii :

One thing that piqued my interest was the fact that I needed a file called textpatch that was located in the mkwii folder. In my SD card, I don't seem to have for some reason.

Is there anyone here that might have the folder needed to change into custom text? Thank you and have a good day!

Although SuperMenu files are still supported by My Stuff, they aren't included with CTGP Revolution anymore. At the time if that video's release, CTGP Revolution 1.01 was still relevant, which does include a SuperMenu file (I don't know when exactly or why they were deprecated)

Edit: Information about this file (specifically for the latest version) seems to be very scarce. I was able to find a relatively recent copy of the European version, supposedly up-to-date (I think). It was uploaded by one of the moderators on MrBean's Discord server.
