Has anyone manage to get SegaSonic Arcade and the Jurassic Park games to work? Im using SuperSonic's Retroarch.

Wii isn't powerful enough for run these games.
SegaSonic the Hedgehog and the Jurassic Park Arcade Game (from 1994) are for Sega System 32 arcade board, and as far as i know the current MAME 2003 Plus core can't handle these games on Wii.
In the MAME2003+ Wii compatibility list (https://gbatemp.net/threads/mame2003-compatibility-list.551556/) there isn't any Sega System 32 game listed in here in any core, so it can't run these arcade games.
