Hacking Test Unit to retail?

Hi! is there a way to convert a New 2DS XL Test Unit to Retail or at least, put CFW on it?
Tried NTRBoot and doesn't work, and now I'm trying hardmod and doesn't work either.

Any ideas?

I've bought a New 2DS XL replacement motherboard and that's what they sand me.

No hardmod tutorial available and already tested 2 DS flashcarts for NTRboot, they didn't work either.
