ROM Hack test create QR code for download enctitlekey.bin for freeshop

hi . i test generate QRcode for download enctitlekey.bin of freeshop. so no need to take off sdcard and copy the file.

the problem is . when i use pc and test the QRcode download it work fine. but when i use 3ds scan QRcode . it faill to download the file

any solution ?
