Just as the title says — it is on the PS Store flash sale marked as free for the Vita if you are a PSN user. Even better is that it is a cross-buy so you will get it for the PS3 and PS4 whether or not you have a Vita if you "buy" the Vita version. It is probably a pricing mistake as the other versions are priced $4.50 so grab it while you can!

Thanks for the info. It is still strange and has to be a mistake on just the Vita version or else the others would be marked free as well.

Are you signed in with PS Plus? As shadowharold pointed out, it only shows free if you are a member (and signed in). It shows free for Vita and $4.50 for PS3/PS4 for me still but that is a fluke too since they all should show free since I own them all.

Edit: This seems to only show as free for certain people — maybe just certain regions. The sale is over and the price is back to normal ($14.99) but only for PS3 and PS4; Vita is still marked free!

Nope Canadian. I looked in store via android app, vita and PC browser. All showed 4.50 for me
