Recently, when trying to activate street- or spotpass it always tells me I need to accept the latest terms of service, but I've already done that, and it still won't work. Any suggests?

    EU O3DS, RxTools 3.0, 10.5 emunand, 9.2 sysnand.

Did you attempt to re-accept the TOS?

Did you accept the TOS in both SysNAND and EmuNAND...?

Are you playing EU/NA games on a JP console?

Backup your EmuNAND, format it, attempt to accept the TOS.

I don't know if it's the same problem, but you can try find config.cia and manually set EULA to FF.

Alright, so I did a bit more searching, and found that this is probably the solution. I've got the cia file. How do I set the EULA to FF? And should I install it to my sysnand or my emunand?
