Tengai Makyo translation?

I heard there's supposedly floating around a Tengai Makyo Zero translation (or translated ROM), I've searched but I haven't found anything - can anyone tell me if they know where's the patch, or just confirm if it's true and you can still find a translated ROM (in case it comes already translated and there's no patch)?

Are there any other TM translations you know of? I've two translation threads, but they're over two years old, so the projects are probably inactive. (Tengai Makyou - Daiyon no Mokushiroku and Tengai Makyo Ziria).
