ROM Hack Question Teleport in Super Mario Maker 2

Would it be possible to change the players coordinate in super mario maker 2 to teleport the player and instant clear a map or to create a impossible level?
Are there tools for this like on pc cheat engine?

If you wanna upload, go that route, since cheats will ban you.

I know only way is use new super mario bros theme and use the ! block......

If you make a level in 1.0 by factory reseting your console, that you could only clear in the Mario U style as Toad or toadette (look up player detectors) then if you clear check it while not on the internet and then update it on the internet and upload it, boom impossible. Ceave Gaming made a video off of that.
