Gaming Teksavvy.....Rogers

I was reviewing the speed of Teksavvy's services and came across "5 M". I was going to compare speeds but I embarrasingly got confused on the speed terminology. Can someone please tell me whether 5 M is faster than my current internet. Speed test below:

That would be 5Mb/s down most likely. You already have 10Mb/s down so that'd be slower. But the upload is 0.80Mb/s up and yours is 0.22Mb/s up.
