Technical difficulties page showing outdated information

During the recent outage, I've noticed that the technical difficulties page still recommends that people visit the IRC chat (which, I believe, has now been replaced by the regular Chat implementation), and that they do so through Mibbit (a service which is now dead).

That reminds me, is the current chat implementation even available during an outage like this?

That's what it says on the tin. I haven't actually used the service myself outside of joining GBAtemp's IRC a couple of times, though.

Is this outage related to the wiki.gbatemp.net downtime?

I've been trying to access the Wii U VC N64 inject compatibility list, but the page has been completely blank since last week. The same thing happens with the main page as well.
