Hardware Taking too long! DYING! (R4)

Ok so I bought the R4 in.. October 26, Friday. The site was Digimartz and the shipping was 3-5 business days. Its been two weeks and i'm already half dead inside, am I suppose to wait THIS LONG?! D:

Well, the first thing I'd do would be to contact them.

My suggestion: Contact Digimartz.

i tried to get an ez3 from xboxmodchips, but they wouldnt answer my phonecalls or emails after 2 weeks, so i contested the charges with my credit card company. after 30days i got my money back from the credit card company. then xbmc finally gets back to me and says "we'll" look into it. they got back to me after 2 full months!!! to tell me they did not have it in stock, and they would refund my money... luckily i already had my money back.

moral of the story - call them, contact them, however you can - and keep contacting them, and if they don't get back to you - contest the charge.
