When I'm bored I sometimes look for crappy quality pictures (so anything that has been saved as a jpg) and restore them to their former glory, and usually add transparency. When it's done, I send the avatar to the person I got it from in case they want to use it instead.

I had a long ways to go on yours (I hadn't even started the transparency), but I did decrease the file size by about 80% and clean up a bunch of the random pixels that resulted from compression. Zoom in on the original and this one to see the differences better.

When I'm bored I sometimes look for crappy quality pictures (so anything that has been saved as a jpg) and restore them to their former glory, and usually add transparency. When it's done, I send the avatar to the person I got it from in case they want to use it instead.
