Homebrew Sysupdater and EmuNAND?

I've been wanting to mess with the 2.1.0 firmware that was used in the process to install arm9loaderhax. Is it possible for either decrypt9's CTRTransfer option or Sysupdater to downgrade my EmuNAND back to it? Is there any chance it could brick my console? I'm on 11.0 Sys with A9LH and Luma3DS, if that's of use.
